Have you dropped your phone in the washing? Or have you accidentally let your phone swim in a spillage? If you have, don’t you worry! Get down and get your phone checked by us as soon as you can, because even if it may be working, the longer you will leave it, internally, the liquid can bring about more damage than you would think. We will get your device sorted and checked as well as hopefully back to normal. It will be up and running after we remove all the liquid residue.

However, we recommend that your turn your power off and don’t charge it, as it will cause short circuits and damage the phone further. If you can, do also remove the battery. Bring in your phone to us and we will prioritise the phone hopefully, increasing its chance of recovery.

If we find out that your phone will need additional work, which we may not have agreed on, we will always give you a heads up and give you a call to reach a decision.

We have a No Fix No Fees policy, so if we are unfortunately unable to repair, we will not charge.
